The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the sights and right in the center. The staff was great, always keen to know if we were happy with everything. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent facilities it offered.

We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. The location was perfect, just a short distance from St Mark's Square but without the tourists and noise. The staff was attentive and efficient, going above and beyond to make our stay nice. We were especially impressed with their help in arranging a trip to Murano and Burano. The rooms were comfortable and quirky, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and good experience in Venice.

The food options were quite limited and not very excellent. the bathrooms in the rooms were on the smaller side and lacking in some amenities.

I'm currently staying at a hotel in Venice and I must say, the location is fantastic. It's situated on a charming area of the Grand Canal, close enough to walk everywhere or easily access water taxis or the water bus. The attentive staff here ensures that you have all the information on how and where to get the water bus from, which is really helpful. Plus, the hotel is tucked away on the opposite side of the canal, so it's away from the chaotic tourist areas.

One downside of this hotel is that the private airport transfer is quite expensive.

The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible by private water taxi, making it convenient for guests arriving at Marco Polo airport. The location is in the heart of the tourist area, close to all the sights and within easy walking distance to everywhere. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a touch of old Venice, and some even have balconies overlooking the canal. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is served with a witty and can-do attitude.

The hotel can be a bit expensive compared to other options in the area.

It was smack in the center of everything, making it easy to explore Venice. The service was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service available. The room itself was beautifully appointed with all the necessary amenities, from air conditioning to a mini-bar.
